Teachings of Kallistos of Diokleia
In-Person Conference
The Orientale Lumen XXVII Conference will be held as an "in-person" conference on June 19-22, 2023 on the theme of "Teachings of Kallistos of Diokleia." The conference will be a tribute to Metropolitan Kallistos of Diokleia who passed away in August 2022 and was a co-founder and co-patron of the Orientale Lumen Conferences. The conference will include video lectures in his own words on Patristics, Liturgy, Theology, Spirituality and Ecumenism. The live panel (in-person and virtual) will then discuss the lecture and have a Q&A with the participants.
The lectures and panel discussion form the content for a 1 credit online course towards a masters degree in theology from the Byzantine Catholic Seminary in the summer of 2023.
